I love November! To me, it's all about family, football, fall weather (sort of), and food. And for some, real estate is still front and center.
For buyers, fewer people house-hunting means less competition, and buyers out now are serious and focused.
For sellers, a home on the market in November means it stands out. Even the holidays don't stop the serious buyers; many are actively on the hunt. Your house might be the BEST present on their wish list!

Grateful to Bob's Shoulder Doctor
Same old Bob, brand new part! Bob got a new shoulder this month, assuring him better sleep and getting back to the "heavy lifting" he's used to.
To me, the heavy lifting has to do with fixing everything that gets broken around the house and helping with real estate, but I have a feeling he's got other things in mind (before those) when his doctor clears him...

The Texas Craft Brewers Festival brings together small and independent breweries from around the state of Texas. Taking place in the beautiful Fiesta Gardens outdoor space right on Lady Bird Lake, visitors can expect attendance from more than 70 breweries and a variety of local food vendors.
