Cathy made every part of our relocation to Austin welcoming. From our very first meeting, Cathy took care of us like family.
She rushed to homes that were potential contenders, often the morning they would hit the market! She sent videos with commentary specific to our priorities – we must have had a dozen private tours without ever leaving our home!
Cathy was honest when she felt a listing missed the mark, and she alerted us to factors we hadn't considered (she knows real estate, and she knows Austin!).
She was calm and reassuring during the stressful process of buying a home from out-of-state (during a pandemic), and worked hard to make sure that the right home for our family is now ours.
