Well, Hi July!

I love July. Summer is in full swing and it can be a HOT month for real estate, believe it or not. Anxious buyers want to secure a place to live before school starts – mid August –so they're out in full force. I'm busy opening doors for them, or setting up a search to find their perfect next home. Record number of Americans are travelling abroad this summer, especially to Europe, and Bob and I are joining them. A bucket list trip to Ireland takes place this month, with as many rounds of golf as rounds of Guinness to celebrate my birthday. I've found that I can take the heat in Texas if I can get out of it every once in a while...

What else is HOT? Well, check it out!
