A November to Remember


The Austin real estate market has been in a stall mode while everyone was waiting for the election, lower interest rates and more inventory. The election is now over, interest rates are down, and there's way more inventory. In fact, the number of homes for sale in October was the most in more than 4 years.

No more excuses – time to make your move and make this your November to remember!

A year ago, Bob had to help me write the newsletter because my arm was in a sling. This year, I'm coaching him through a hip replacement. We are both grateful that we can still lead active lives, thanks to new bionic body parts!
